Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your methaphone account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset with all personal data removed, and pack it securely in its original packaging including all original cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
